How long have you been teaching?

I was a middle school and high school photographer for 4 years. I grew a passion for teaching during that time and it taught me so much. In 2018, when I was up able to keep up with my photography business and teaching 4 days a week, I knew I wanted to continue teaching and helping others. That is when ‘Bethany Paige Education’ was born.

What does your ‘Basics’ one-on-one mentorship go over?

I go over all the basics of photography, from camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO) to how to turn a snapshot into a photograph, using compositional elements. By the end of the 2 hours, you will walk away knowing how to shoot on Manual mode. After the lesson, there will be time for Q&A. The whole session is hands on, so you can use your camera and put everything you are learning into practice right away.

Do you offer Branding and Marketing Consulting?

Yes! Specalizing in Branding and Commerical Photography I work with my clients on how to market themselves in a way that aligns with their brand. I want to offer my expertise to clients that might not be needing photography servies at the moment, but want to make their marketing and branding more clear.

What kind of camera do I need to attend one of your workshops?

Any camera that you are able to shoot on manual. I use to teach eleven year olds how to work their cameras, I promise I can help you too!

Do you offer Business one-on-one Mentorships?

I do! They are my absolute favorite. I offer half-day mentorships that are designed to fit your need. I give you a questionnaire to fill out and the lesson is geared to meet you right where you are at in your business. it include everything in the basics one-on-one plus an on-location photoshoot where you will get to shoot with me on an actual shoot. During the photoshoot we would go over camera settings, posing and how to get emotion filled images. After the shoot, we will go over workflow and editing tips! This is perfect, if you are a hands on learner and the youtube videos and the 84723 blogs you read aren’t quite cutting it!

A one on one workshop with Bethany Paige Photography is like hanging out with your bestie/favorite teacher/ life mentor.
