Position: Administrative Assistant
Estimated: 10–20 hours per week
Part-time, remote position with occasional in-person tasks (Las Vegas area)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Manage client communication and bookings
Schedule shoots, send contracts, and handle invoices
Oversee general administrative tasks and calendar management
Occasionally assist on-site during events or sessions
Help maintain a smooth client experience from inquiry to delivery
Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative work or support roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Self motivated
Clear, confident written and verbal communication
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Reliable, resourceful, and calm under pressure
Bonus
Proficient in Honeybook (or other CRM tools) and Google Calendar.

This is a remote, part-time position supporting a fast-paced photography business that values clear communication, proactive support, and kindness. You’ll be working closely with Bethany to help manage the behind-the-scenes operations that allow us to deliver a high-touch client experience. The right fit is someone who’s detail-oriented, self motivated, reliable and thrives in a role where no two days look exactly the same.
