Position: Administrative Assistant

Estimated: 10–20 hours per week
Part-time, remote position with occasional in-person tasks (Las Vegas area)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication and bookings

  • Schedule shoots, send contracts, and handle invoices

  • Oversee general administrative tasks and calendar management

  • Occasionally assist on-site during events or sessions

  • Help maintain a smooth client experience from inquiry to delivery

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative work or support roles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self motivated

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Reliable, resourceful, and calm under pressure

Bonus

Proficient in Honeybook (or other CRM tools) and Google Calendar.

This is a remote, part-time position supporting a fast-paced photography business that values clear communication, proactive support, and kindness. You’ll be working closely with Bethany to help manage the behind-the-scenes operations that allow us to deliver a high-touch client experience. The right fit is someone who’s detail-oriented, self motivated, reliable and thrives in a role where no two days look exactly the same.
